I am so sad today. I thought it would be nice if we can practice English together. But so far I have no respond from all of you.
Don’t you think English is fun? Specially when we can learn and practice together. But it seems no one is interesting with that.
Okay then for this edition. I am going to give you just a recipe. Since there will be a fasting month so I give you recipe for breaking your fasting in the evening.
Here we go Banana – Coconut Milk Soup’s recipe
Ingredient :
10 pcs kepok yellow banana, sliced crosswise
500 gr atap fruit (kolang-kaling)
250 gr brown sugar
3 tbsp granulated sugar
250 ml water
500 ml thick coconut milk
3 pcs pandan leaves
1 - 2 tsp salt
How to cook:
• Put atap fruit in a pan, pour with boiling water. Filter. Put it aside.
• Boil brown sugar, granulated sugar and salt in 250 ml water until dissolved. Filter.
• Add coconut milk and pandan leaves. Boil with small fire,
• Before boiling, put banana and atap fruits. Stir until boiling and banana is well cooked. Serve.
